Hiring MS Dynamics Support Analyst - Karachi Onsite

Job Description:

  • Provide L1 support for Microsoft Dynamics users (how-to help, access issues, basic errors).
  • Triage, log, and resolve tickets within SLAs; escalate complex issues with proper notes and steps to reproduce.
  • Perform basic checks on roles/permissions, workflows, data issues, and common configuration problems.

  • Maintain clean ticket documentation and contribute to FAQs/knowledge base articles.
  • Coordinate with admins/developers to follow incidents through closure.
