- Provide L1 support for Microsoft Dynamics users (how-to help, access issues, basic errors).
- Triage, log, and resolve tickets within SLAs; escalate complex issues with proper notes and steps to reproduce.

Perform basic checks on roles/permissions, workflows, data issues, and common configuration problems.
- Maintain clean ticket documentation and contribute to FAQs/knowledge base articles.
- Coordinate with admins/developers to follow incidents through closure.
