MRI Spreadsheet Server Developer

Role Description

An MRI spreadsheet report developer is a data and reporting professional who specializes in designing, creating/developing, and maintaining reports related to a company's use of MRI Software, a real estate and property management (PMX). This role leverages strong Microsoft Excel skills combined with expertise in the MRI platform, spreadsheet server and database technologies to provide business insights. 

Key Responsibilities

• Report Development: Design and build/develop custom financial and operational reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, rent rolls, budget forecasts, dashboards) using tools that integrate directly with MRI data.
