Job Responsibilities:

SURFACE ACTIVITIES:

• Assist in maintaining the exploration borehole core shed


• Unpacking and marking of borehole core samples


• Conduct borehole core splitting using a diamond saw machine


• Pack out, move, stack and store borehole core trays as required by the geologist


• Dispatching of borehole core samples and chip samples to the laboratory


• Assist geologists with surface exploration activities and open cast mine activities


• Assist geologists with open cast geological mapping
