Key Responsibilities:
Sales management
•To explore NMR opportunities in both industrial and academic markets by working closely with all stakeholders within I&A, including sales, applications, marketing, etc.
• To manage NMR business by matrix management and enable thesales team to sell NMR.
• To prepare forecast NMR business with accuracy regularly and maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database.
•To mentor, coach and train sales members on all details of sale process.
• To manage and support distributor and enable their sales personnel to sell NMR.
