Description: You have a natural ability to satisfy guests by providing great service and by equipping them with exactly what they need! You have lots of energy and enthusiasm and a good knowledge of the merchandise the guests are renting. You provide prompt, efficient and friendly service, and you are aware of all current events and resort information in order to keep our guests informed!
Essential Functions
- Assess the needs of guests to ensure appropriate bikes and safety gear are assigned for rental
- Assist bike mechanics when needed.
- Assist guests in fast and efficient returning of rental product.
- Continually strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Provide immediate response to product and service shortfalls.
