About the role

As the Motorpool Head at Grandspan Development Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient management and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles. In this critical full-time role, you will ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained, serviced, and in optimal condition to support the company's operations in Binangonan Rizal.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures for all company vehicles
• Manage the motorpool team, including drivers, mechanics and technicians, to ensure timely and high-quality vehicle repairs and servicing
• Oversee and monitor the procurement of parts, tools, and equipment required for vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Monitor vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement
