Motor & Transformer Rewinder (BACOLOD OFFICE)
- Data gathering like number of turns, measurements of winding and core
- Rewind small and medium‑sized distribution motor and generators
- Operate wire‑coiling machines to wind wire coils used in motors and electrical equipment
- Select and load materials such as workpieces, objects, and machine parts into equipment used in winding processes
- Measure and cut slot insulation
- Perform miscellaneous operations such as dismantling and cleaning parts
- Insert coils and connect as specified by data
- Fabricate and insert new slot wedges
- Apply insulating varnish to winding
- Assist technician during initial and final electrical tests
