C.R. Jackson is hiring a Motor Grader Operator (CMRB Crew) to support our cement stabilization and roadway reclamation operations in Darlington, SC. In this role, you will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our teams expect. What You’ll Do:

· Perform grading and shaping of reclaimed roadway materials during CMRB operations

· Operate a Motor Grader to establish proper grade, slope, and drainage on stabilization projects

· Work closely with reclaimers, tanker drivers, and rollers to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
