Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • To register Third party vehicle damage claims with appropriate reserves.
  • To identify and flag potential frauds for further investigations.
  • To monitor and achieve the target TATs in recoveries for following key process.
  • Respond to notifications received from Third Party Insurers.
  • Examine & Settle all TPI claims received within TAT.
  • Booking of all Claims Recovered from TPI within TAT.
  • Follow up with Third Party insurance companies.
  • To Manage regular monthly/quarterly Exchange with insurance Companies.
  • To Liaise with different Departments such Legal, Finance, Motor Assessment and Motor Settlement to solve claim-related issues.
    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in motor claims department.
  • Motor claim recovery experience in UAE market – Mandatory.
