We are seeking an experienced MOT Technician for a reputable dealership located in Braintree, Essex. Our client, a well-established vehicle service centre, is looking to recruit a skilled MOT Technician to join their busy team. Competitive basic salary of £28,500
OTE of up to £40,000 per year, with achievable bonus incentives
Additional bonuses: £1,500 loyalty bonus and £6,000 annual bonus paid monthly
Average monthly bonus around £400, equating to approximately £12,300 annually
Monday to Friday working hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Saturdays on a rota basis, approximately every other week, from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm
