Mortgage Lending Manager

Snelling Staffing is in need of a Mortgage Lending Manager for a credit union with over 60 years servicing the state of Louisiana. This position will be responsible for managing sales both the Hammond and Metairie areas. The Mortgage Lending Manager’s primary goal is to make sales via obtaining application for residential mortgage loans by personally soliciting borrowers and developing relationship. This will be a direct hire position with hours regularly spent away from the place of business. Pay for the position will be $40, per year plus commission.

Mortgage Lending Manager Duties:

• Solicit and secure mortgage loan applications through in-person sales calls, networking, and community engagement.


• Cultivate and maintain referral relationship with realtors, builders, financial professionals, and other third parties to generate loan volume.
