Pay:

+ $17/hour

Start Date: Month of July
Training Schedule:

+ First 45 days fully onsite (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Post-Training Schedule:

+ Hybrid (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM)

+ Hybrid eligibility based on attendance, quality, and performance

Important: No time off allowed during the first 6 weeks of training.
What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for customers and provide meaningful support every day:

+ Handle 35–45 inbound calls daily (average 11–14 minutes per call)

+ Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with homeowners insurance inquiries

+ Answer questions related to payments, coverage, and policy details

+ Navigate multiple systems to research, document, and resolve customer concerns
