Manage a busy pre-offer pipeline and keep cases moving efficiently.

* Answer broker calls and provide clear case updates.

* Respond promptly to broker and internal queries.

* Chase outstanding information, documents and actions.

* Work with Underwriting to package applications effectively.

* Keep case notes, communications and next steps up to date.

* Manage priorities, service levels and broker expectations.

* Escalate blockers and support smoother pipeline movement.

Profile
