Role

DTO Bilingual Trainer – Fixed Ops at PBS Systems. Responsible for delivering expert training and supportive instruction in both English and French to new and existing customers on our Dealer Management Software. Conducts virtual training sessions and provides on‑site instruction for new software installations. Remote position based in Montreal area; approximately 50% remote work and 50% travel across Canada and the USA (up to 2 weeks per month).

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of PBS software and related training processes
  • Gain proficiency in data entry and other key operational tasks
  • Independently manage and deliver all assigned training sessions within the primary silo
  • Become an install resource without assistance
