This role focuses on orchestrating employee lifecycle moments and fostering strong relationships with local leaders and managers. As the primary contact for HR matters, you'll lead critical processes to motivate teams and ensure compliance with Quebec’s regulations. Championing a vibrant site culture through initiatives will also be central to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support employee relations and management conflicts
• Lead performance management processes and coaching
• Organize employee lifecycle activities to boost engagement
• Ensure adherence to Quebec labor laws and employee rights
• Collaborate with HR teams for effective service delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
