Montessori Preschool Lead Teacher (ECE)

The Montessori Preschool Lead Teacher (ECE) is responsible for creating a calm, welcoming, and well‑organized classroom environment that supports the learning and well‑being of children ages 3–6. In this role, the Guide prepares thoughtful materials, offers gentle and developmentally appropriate guidance, and supports children as they build independence, social skills, and emotional regulation. The position includes observing and documenting each child’s progress, maintaining clear and supportive communication with families, collaborating closely with the teaching team, and upholding all health, safety, and Alberta licensing standards to ensure a safe and nurturing learning space while ensuring active supervision and a safe, responsive environment at all times.
