The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) officer will support the design, implementation, and continuous strengthening of the project's Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) system. The incumbent will ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and utilization to support evidence-based decision-making, adaptive programme management, accountability, and documentation of project outcomes.
