MongoDB Engineering Standards Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking a MongoDB Engineering Standards Specialist to join our VDI and Mobility team in Toronto. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining MongoDB infrastructure at scale, ensuring performance, security, and compliance across production environments. The candidate will also develop Ansible automation playbooks and collaborate with application teams to implement best practices and governance standards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years administering MongoDB in production, including replica sets and sharded clusters
• 3+ years experience with Ansible roles, collections, Molecule tests, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) knowledge and networking, storage, TLS/PKI fundamentals
