MongoDB Engineering Standards Specialist

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced MongoDB Engineering Standards Specialist to support enterprise database engineering initiatives within the client’s VDI and Mobility portfolio. This role will focus on defining and implementing MongoDB engineering standards across production environments, ensuring scalability, security, automation, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will partner with application teams, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to design resilient MongoDB architectures, implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible, and ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a highly technical database professional with deep MongoDB production experience, strong Linux fundamentals, and a passion for automation and governance.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)
