AlchemyX, a business unit of Alchemy Group, is building a modern publisher monetization platform across content, video, CTV, and app ecosystems.

We are looking for a Publisher Growth Manager who can identify the right publishers, evaluate monetization potential, pitch the right solutions, and own the relationship end-to-end—from first conversation to post-onboarding growth.

This role blends publisher partnerships, monetization strategy, and commercial ownership.

Publisher Acquisition & Evaluation

• Source and onboard content, video, CTV, and app publishers across India & SEA
• Evaluate publishers based on traffic quality, scale, geo mix, formats, and revenue potential
