Monetization - Projects & Performance Analyst

Job Description

• Support Program Execution & Rollout: Assist in implementing new monetization initiatives and promotions, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and accurate execution on the platform.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Business Development (BD), Marketing, and Product teams to support program setup, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across departments.
• Monitor KPIs & Track Adoption: Help track key performance indicators, seller adoption, and program success metrics. Consolidate feedback from sellers and internal teams to flag areas for improvement.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations that summarize program performance, seller engagement, and growth opportunities.
• Execute Operational Tasks: Handle day-to-day tasks related to program maintenance—e.g., program setup, seller tagging, content updating, and documentation.
