In this role, you'll report to the Skills Training Manager and oversee participant intakes, program presentations, and data management. Your responsibilities include fostering relationships with participants and instructors while ensuring program objectives are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct participant intakes and assessments
• Develop and deliver program information sessions
• Facilitate workshops and maintain participant records
• Write reports and manage data accurately
• Schedule classes and coordinate community activities
