About the role
This is a full-time position located in Bacoor City, Cavite. As a Business Intelligence Developer I at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making across the organization.
What you'll be doing
Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using business intelligence tools
Gather and analyse business requirements to design effective data solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into actionable insights
Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Continuously optimise and enhance existing business intelligence systems
Provide support and training to end-users on the utilisation of business intelligence tools and reports
