    - Write documentation for new and current validation and/ or qualification procedures and technical reports.
    - Responsible for coordinate with QA for all validation cycles across RA, IQ, OQ, PQ, CSV and Change requests
    - Assign the injection condition to produce the molding parts.
    - Analyze the mold components dimension, molding part, outcome of optical property.
    - Conducts the molding technician to perform the needful action to solve the production problem.
    - Leads the molding technician for improvement project.
    - Other assignment from supervisor.
    - Make all arrangements to finish the mold.
    - Establish launch schedule and its process
    - Handle all processes (molding, measuring, maintenance, correction processing, etc.) in conjunction
