**Molding Process Technician - Shift B**
Start-Up, operate, and troubleshoot thermoplastic and LSR injection molding production equipment and processes to complete work orders. Position requires higher levels of plastic and silicone transformation technical skill sets and abilities to perform specialized manufacturing processes, including fairly advanced practices, procedures, concepts, or principles. Consistently apply Lean tools and techniques to identify and solve operational problems and measurably improve processes.
**Your role:**
+ Operate and maintain thermoplastic and LSR injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and processes, ensuring molds are clean and production meets quality standards.
+ Troubleshoot molding equipment and processes to resolve issues, determine root causes of defects, and complete work orders efficiently.
