Molding Manager

Role Summary:

Lead and direct all maintenance and engineering function at the EOL Mold process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and develop process engineers and technicians, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
• Develop, validate, and standardize robust molding processes for new and existing products, focusing on quality, cycle time, and scrap reduction.
• Apply scientific molding principles, troubleshoot complex issues, perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and stay current with new molding technologies.
• Lead trials, manage equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), oversee new product introductions (NPI), and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, FDA, GMP) and regulatory requirements, managing documentation and driving corrective actions
