OVERVIEW
We are developing a repeatable modular residential product system for large-scale estate development in the Caribbean.
This is not a one-off villa design.
We are building a scalable architectural system capable of producing:
• Classical terrace streets (residential and mixed-use high street)
• Detached residential homes
• Mansion-scale estate homes
All products must share one unified structural substrate and architectural language.
We are looking for an architect who understands:
• Modular construction
• Precast façade systems
• Urban block planning
• Infrastructure integration
• Long-term repeatability
This project requires system thinking, not decorative design.
