Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
. Strategic alignment: Develop a strong, daily based coordination with the Global EndPoint Lead to ensure alignment with the global DWP strategy and roadmap. Apply and execute the Global DWP strategy within his tower.
. Team leadership & resource management: Oversee BUILD and RUN teams' activities, ensure continuity of expertise within the tower. Directly manage Tech Leads, Product Owner, Architect, Project Manager), monitor their performance. If required, act of point of contact/ escalation with managed capabilities suppliers (L2, L3 support).
