Job Description:
  • The Model Risk Governance Specialist ensures that the organization’s models meet regulatory and internal model risk management requirements.
  • This role is responsible for maintaining accurate model and recommendation inventories, coordinating issue resolution with validation and implementation teams, and preparing regular model risk status reports for senior management.
  • The specialist also supports annual model attestation and effective challenge exercises to ensure completeness and accuracy of model inventories.
    • Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of XX is required.
    • Experience:
  • Three or more years of experience in model risk management, preferably within the financial services industry.
