About The Role: 


Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer to be part of our team and based out of our Mount Laurel, NJ location.

Clearance & Location Requirements:

  • All applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. 

  • This is an on-site position. Requiring 5 days in office, based out of our Mount Laurel, NJ.


Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do:  

  • Develop system models to support software development using SysML v2 and Agentic AI to generate:

    • Requirements 

    • Use Cases, Verification Cases, Analysis Cases

    • Structural and Behavioral Architectures



  • Work on a project ACTIVELY using SysML v2 for development
