Principle MOCVD engineer required to take responsibility for managing MOCVD epitaxial growth technology. This role will play a major part in the development and fabrication of new technology within leading semiconductor manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Take the lead in material growth technology development from R&D through to development. This includes:
Characterization of grown material
Yield improvement and process control
Development of InP processes to fulfil both customer and internal requirements, with the goal to transfer the processes from R & D to production.
Development of epitaxy recipes.
Comprehensive analysis of data related to epitaxial wafers.
Development of appropriate production compatible materials characterisations techniques
Writing reactor recipes
Presentation to customers / project sponsors
