The Mobility Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of international assignments, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and company policies. We provide strategic and operational support to facilitate smooth expatriate transitions and align mobility practices with organizational goals.

Job Description

• Oversee the full expatriate lifecycle, including pre-assignment, on-assignment, and repatriation processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors for management of work visa, permits, and other immigration requirements in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for relocation services, housing, and travel arrangements.
• Collaborate with other compensation & benefits PICs to provide guidance to expatriates regarding tax, payroll, and benefits considerations.
