We are looking for an experienced Mobilisation Lead to join our Defence team in Reading. This role is critical in leading the mobilisation of new and transitioning projects, ensuring that people, processes, systems, governance and operational arrangements are in place for a safe, compliant and successful go live.

You will work closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers and delivery partners to coordinate mobilisation activity, manage risk, maintain programme momentum and ensure a smooth transition into business‑as‑usual delivery within a highly regulated environment.
