Mobile Web App Audit

This project is a technical audit and light refinement of an existing MVP built on Base44. It is not a rebuild.
Phase 1 – Audit (Primary Goal)
The contractor will:
-Review the app architecture and data structure
-Review multi-user logic (points, streaks, freeze system, logging)
-Review notification system and chat message logic
-Identify structural weaknesses or scalability concerns
-Identify bugs or fragile logic
Provide a written audit summary including:
-Issues found
-Severity ranking (Critical / Major / Minor)
-Recommended fixes
-Notes on future scalability
Phase 2 – Light Refinement (Limited)
-Based on findings, contractor may:
-Fix up to 3–5 prioritized structural or logic issues
-Improve mobile responsiveness if needed
-Ensure data consistency across core flows
No feature expansion or redesign is included in this scope.
