Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones according to company standards
- Record and update repair orders accurately in the system
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Keep the service center clean and organized following 6S standards
- Attend technical training and team meetings to improve skills
- Complete other after-sales tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, or related fields (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of smartphone hardware and software
- Able to use office applications and service systems
- Good communication skills and strong customer service attitude
- Experience in mobile phone or electronics repair is a plus (fresh graduates welcome)
