Mobile Care Technical Customer Advocate (Nokia)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico. Office: Onsite, Tlalpan, CDMX.

Technical Skills
  • Core Network Expertise: Strong understanding of mobile telecom technologies: LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, 5G, Telco/Public Cloud (CNF & VNF), and IP Connectivity.
  • Protocols: Solid grasp of TCP/IP, Routing/Switching, Network Security, Network Management, DNS, Radius, LDAP, MAP, Diameter, Policy Control and Charging.
  • Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting in IP, Unix/Linux environments; skilled with network analyzers and diagnostic tools.
  • Nokia Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Nokia's internal tools and procedures is a plus.
Communication & Collaboration
  • English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively with Altice and cross‑functional teams.
