Mobile Team Supervisor

We are hiring a Mobile Team Supervisor for our operations team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising field teams and visiting multiple client sites, mainly restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily site visits (restaurants and assigned locations).

Maintain and update IPM folders at each site.

Supervise and manage a mobile team of 4–5 PCO's.

Ensure proper execution of pest control / treatment services.

Align treatments as per site requirements and schedules.

Ensure company SOPs and safety standards are followed.

Report issues and updates to management on a regular basis.

Rotating shifts & Flexible working hours as per operational requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• pest control or operations: 1 year (Preferred)
