Job Description
The Mobile Support Engineer delivers enterprise mobile device support, ensuring secure configuration, availability, and inventory management per SOW requirements.
Mobile Device Support
Configure and install Globe mobile applications
Assist authorized users with Wi-Fi connectivity
Perform mobile device formatting and file transfers (VIP exceptions only)
Conduct first-aid hardware troubleshooting and endorse unresolved issues to service centers
Inventory & Release Management
Manage mobile device inventory, releases, and returns
Support onboarding and liquidation of mobile phones and SIMs
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure mobile support activities are logged in ServiceNow
Maintain accurate inventory and reporting
Requirements
24 years of mobile or endpoint support experience
Knowledge of iOS, Android, and enterprise mobility practices
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
