Chamberlain Services is a fast-growing corporate cleaning and manpower solutions company serving well-known brands across Klang Valley and Johor. We manage more than 200 cleaners across 100 client sites and are expanding our operations team.
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Mobile Supervisor to oversee cleaner attendance, site quality, and daily operations across multiple locations.
If you enjoy field work, solving problems on the ground, and managing people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cleaner attendance (target ≥95%)
- Arrange replacement for emergency leave / absenteeism
- Conduct regular site visits and spot checks
- Ensure cleaning quality and SOP compliance
- Handle cleaner discipline, warning letters, and basic coaching
- Coordinate closely with Account Managers for client-related issues
