What success looks like in this role:

We’re looking for a seasoned Mobile Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of cross-platform mobile applications—primarily using Flutter—for enterprise environments. You will own end-to-end solution architecture, including mobile app design, API and backend integration, security and compliance, CI/CD, and governance. This role requires close collaboration with UK-based stakeholders and India development teams in an onshore/offshore model.

  • Define and drive cross-platform mobile architecture, optimizing for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Lead Flutter technical strategy, patterns, and codebase organization (e.g., layered architecture, modularization).
  • Select and enforce state management patterns (e.g., BLoC/Cubit, Provider, Riverpod, GetX) aligned with app complexity, testability, and performance best practices.
