Job Description

Encora Inc. is seeking a skilled tester with mandatory experience in Requirement Analysis and Test Design. Candidates must have strong capabilities in Manual Testing Execution, defect management using tools like JIRA, and an understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate effective stakeholder collaboration and a strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle. Experience with tools such as TestRail and HP ALM is a plus.
