Paladin Security is Hiring a Security Officer! 

About the Role 

We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Full-Time Mobile Security Guard to join our team. If you take pride in protecting people and property, we want to meet you! 

Schedule & Pay 

  • Hourly Rate: $16.75 to $18.00hour
  • Schedule: Weekdays and Weekends – Morning, Evening and Overnights
  • Ability to work 10-12 hours nightshifts:

    • Key Responsibilities 

  • Patrol the site by foot and vehicle to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access
  • Enforce rules, control access points, and de-escalate situations with professionalism
  • Respond to emergencies, including intoxication, aggression, or medical incidents
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public
  • Communicate via two-way radio and write detailed reports on incidents...
