What do you do?
Perform RAN Preventive / Corrective maintenance work:
Managing the daily operations and upkeep of RAN equipment.
Diagnosing and resolving network issues to maintain performance.
Implementing updates and upgrades for RAN components.
Monitoring and enhancing the RAN's efficiency and effectiveness.
Perform RF Testing & Troubleshooting:
Perform RF testing and optimization for Outdoor 4G and in future 5G in-building projects.
Troubleshoot, design and plan of RF network coverage using of RF test tools e.g. Spectrum Analyzer etc.
Perform SYSCON operations:
Monitor and identify network failures, execute corrective actions, report and update customers, liaise with maintenance agencies and building owners, and assist...
