About the Role
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is a leading global provider of integrated facilities management and corporate real estate services. We are currently seeking a Mobile Maintenance Plumber to support a portfolio of sites across the South Coast of England.
This is a mobile role responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works, ensuring building systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, testing, installations, and fault-finding on plumbing and mechanical systems, including water and medical gas systems.
Install, repair, replace, test, and maintain water and medical gas supply and distribution systems, including valves, fixtures, outlets, and associated equipment.
