Job Description

Job Purpose:


Role overview: Provide planned and reactive maintenance to several sites across Scotland and North East England

Duties: 

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across all assigned sites.


Maintain and service a wide range of hard services assets, including:

  • Pumps
  • Air Handling Units (AHUs)
  • Air Conditioning systems
  • Generators
  • Lighting and emergency lighting systems
  • Power distribution systems
  • Complete statutory and compliance‑related tasks, including:
  • Fire door inspections
  • Weekly fire alarm testing
  • Water outlet flushing
  • Water temperature monitoring and checks
  • Emergency lighting tests

    • Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with current legislation, standards, and company procedures.
