Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients within the mobile portfolio.
• Ensure Mobile Security Officers receive required training, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary guidance when needed.
• Maintain sufficient trained staffing levels to meet contractual obligations while minimizing overtime.
• Oversee daily mobile operations, ensuring adherence to post orders, scheduled activities, and Mobile Department orientation standards.
• Partner with People & Culture (P&C) to ensure adequate staffing levels and participate in interviewing, onboarding, and supporting Mobile Security Officers.
• Respond to alarms, assign operational tasks, and conduct or delegate required hourly check-ins.
