:Reporting to the Planning & Reliability Supervisor, you will be part of the Mobile Maintenance Department. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mobile equipment, as well as contributing to the overall success of the operation. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement long-term maintenance PCR/Shutdowns strategies for mobile equipment to improve reliability and efficiency.
Asset life cycle (Components): Create and manage a maintenance asset life cycle plan to ensure timely PCR/Overhauls.
Coordination: Work closely with maintenance teams, engineers, coordinators, Short-term planners and operations to align maintenance PCR/shutdown activities with operational requirements. ...
