Position: Mobile Maintenance Handyperson
Location: Wakefield
Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 basic depending on skill level. Mon-Fri 40 hours/week plus van etc
We are recruiting for a fabric / maintenance handyperson to cover PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial estates across the M1 corridor. The maintenance handyperson will be responsible for general repairs, plumbing, basic lighting checks, compliance checks, fabric maintenance and room / building repairs. The role is a permanent position paying £35,000 - £37,000 basic depending on qualification level (i.e. 37k for qualified joiner).
Maintenance Handyperson Description:
Provide general maintenance to the facilities including:
Fabric maintenance - basic joinery, painting etc.
Minor plumbing
Completing compliance checks, emergency lighting, tap temps etc.
Assisting engineers and other trades on site
Room repairs
Working on a mobile across across the area
