Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
MDM Administration: Manage and administer Mobile Device Management solutions
including Intune and MobileIron. E.g., Administer and maintain Ivanti MobileIron On-
Premises environment to perform Server upgrades, Certificate renewals, monthly cleanup,
performing iOS and Android version validations and regular monitoring and basic activities
on ABM and KME portals. Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune to ensure smooth
operations.
Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting for mobile device issues, ensuring
minimal downtime and disruption to the workforce. Monitor and troubleshoot ServiceNow
Incidents and handling Service Requests, ensuring quick resolution and minimal downtime
related to Ivanti MobileIron and Intune.
iOS and Android Application Management: Resigning of iOS and Android Applications
and Deployment of the same using Google Play Console and Apple AppConnect.
