We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) within commercial properties.
This role requires a customer-focused professional who can provide electrical and building services maintenance while maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs, maintenance, and installation work across client properties. Complete electrical PPM activities and reactive maintenance tasks issued through the helpdesk within agreed timeframes. Undertake building services maintenance tasks including fabric, HVAC, mechanical, and related works. Monitor contractors and their workmanship to ensure required standards are achieved.
